Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within Germany. There is no minimum order value and no additional shipping costs.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after we receive your order.

For personalized products, delivery may take longer due to the individual production process. You can find the corresponding delivery time on the respective product page.

Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases, for example around holidays or during periods of especially high demand.

Tracking

If your order is shipped with tracking, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information once it has shipped.
